Real Choices ancillary coverage includes life insurance, short-term disability insurance and dental insurance. These attractive benefits can be added to your medical plan and a premium discount is given for each ancillary product selected—up to 15% off the ancillary premium!
Short Term Disability
You can select coverage up to 66% of an employee’s weekly salary. Two plans are available:
- Amount is based on a percentage of employee's salary
- Flat amount from $50 to $1,000 per week
Dental Insurance
Select a plan that best suits your needs! Real Choices dental insurance has six plans available. You can enjoy first-dollar coverage for preventive services with no deductible or coinsurance to satisfy. Dental insurance can also be purchased as a stand-alone product for groups of three or more.
Ancillary plans are available at an additional cost.
